Position Summary
Responsible for providing administrative support for recruitment and staffing, review and verify applicant
credentials, and provide excellent customer service to applicants.
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
1. Prescreen applications to determine eligibility and fulfillment of minimum job requirements.
2. Provide administrative support for hiring and recruitment events including but not limited to preparing
recruitment materials and following up with candidates interested in the district.
3. Coordinate interviews with applicants and provides support during the selection process.
4. Provide technical support for new hires during the onboarding process.
5. Identify inefficiencies and potential bottlenecks; provides recommendations to improve Talent
Management processes and operations.
6. Review employment transcripts, education units, credentials, etc. to assess applicants’ eligibility and
placement.
7. Ensure applicants hired for positions requiring certification, possess the required certification, licensure
and/or credentials and carry out the necessary checks or reviews to determine candidate eligibility.
8. Create and deliver clear, professional, and timely communications to all stakeholders.
9. Monitor an online system of customer inquiries and provides service-oriented responses in a timely
manner.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities
expected for this position.
