As a Senior Initiatives Leader on our Wichita team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering transformative change in Wichita and scaling insights to other cities. This position requires a curious, intentional, and creative individual who excels at building trust-based relationships, uncovering partner needs, and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
The successful individual in this position will cultivate empowering relationships with and among our community of changemakers and social entrepreneurs and guide these Catalysts (nonprofit partner organizations) to mutually valuable opportunities throughout the Stand Together Foundation (STF) community.

With at least 5 years in non-profit leadership or a similar field, you'll put your project management skills to work as you guide fellow changemakers in initiatives that range from neighborhood transformation to child and family well-being. Your expertise in principle-based management will further enhance our commitment to innovation, respect, and ethical stewardship.
