Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to actively execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on Arabic copywriting, social media management, basic graphic content creation, and managing the corporate brand on platforms like LinkedIn. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition for our RSA and Auctions business lines while maintaining a professional corporate image.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns, including social media content, localized ads, and digital communications, with a focus on the KSA audience.
  • Develop and write compelling Arabic copy for ads, social posts, and digital platforms that resonate with the local audience.

Social Media Management:

  • Ideate, schedule, and post content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Create and manage a consistent publishing calendar, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and strategy.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences to foster an active and loyal online community on both consumer-facing platforms and LinkedIn.

Corporate Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the Morni corporate brand on LinkedIn, showcasing the company’s values, achievements, and leadership in the industry.
  • Develop corporate content, including thought leadership articles, employee spotlights, and updates on company milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency between the consumer brand and the corporate brand.

Content Creation:

  • Use tools like CapCut and Canva to design basic graphics and short-form video content for social media and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the content creator and agencies to ensure high-quality visual assets.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Agency Collaboration:

  • Work closely with performance marketing and SEO agencies to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing execution, social media management, or digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience in Arabic copywriting for digital platforms.
  • Native-level fluency in written and spoken Arabic with a deep understanding of KSA cultural nuances.
  • Expertise in ideating, scheduling, and executing social media content strategies, including LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage a corporate presence on LinkedIn, including creating thought leadership content.
