To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Marketers to help grow brand awareness and revenue for RemoFirst.


We are looking for a results-driven Content & Media Manager to spearhead our content creation and SEO initiatives, playing a crucial role in our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing external agencies, developing content strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across various mediums and platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of SEO best practices.


What you'll be doing:
  • Content Strategy: Assist with executing a comprehensive content publication strategy, including a robust editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and impactful content flow;
  • Write and Proofread: Write, edit, and proofread across a variety of channels;
  • Podcast: Be the voice of our upcoming podcast. Includes scheduling and interviewing subject matter experts, and helping launch/promote with content lead;
  • Webinar Content: Conceptualize, develop, and host engaging content for webinars that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand positioning;
  • Freelancer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with content and SEO freelancers to scale our content output effectively. Oversee the quality and consistency of content produced by external partners;
  • Product Research and Content: Assist with content around product launches and updates, as well as analyzing and writing research content;
  • SEO Optimization: Research, test, and optimize content for conversions, SEO rankings, and exceptional user experiences;
  • Analytics: Monitor content performance using analytics tools; provide regular reports and insights to guide future content strategies;
  • Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with teams like Product and Sales to identify engaging topics and stories.


What you’ll need:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Content Manager, Content Writer, or Content Strategist in a B2B SaaS environment;
  • Experience in building out a content strategy and calendar;
  • Experience writing and optimizing website content;
  • Experience in managing or hosting a podcast/webinars. At minimum, must be interested and comfortable being on camera and speaking; 
  • Knowledge of SEO, understand the modern approach to how SEO is evolving, and how it integrates with overall content efforts.


How you’ll work:
  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must, as you will be overseeing all of our English-language content production.
  • Communication skills, as we’re working with many people from all over the world, it’s important for us to communicate, quickly adapt, and relay information in different ways
  • Time Management: you will need to be good at structuring your work day and tasks to make sure you accomplish all those things whilst maintaining the time-zone differences and a work-life balance
  • Collaborative: we love to work together with all sorts of different people in all sorts of different places. Everyone’s opinion matters to get the job done.
  • Independent and autonomous: as we work, we’re naturally independent. As much as we’re connected you will also need to use your own initiative to solve problems and get answers; this also means reaching out to us to get help or confirm a solution
  • Creativity: as in any startup’s Marketing team, you will need to get creative in how we scale our content efforts.
  • Attention to detail: since you’ll oversee how and where our content is published, you must be very attentive to reviewing drafts and publishing content.
  • Organization skills: will help you deal with many different projects.
