About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Onboarding & Review Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both our customers and internal teams, leveraging your extensive risk-related expertise in a first-line risk environment, acting as a point of escalation, and taking a risk-based approach. If you have a strong background in risk and is passionate about providing support and development, and are eager to make a real impact we would love to hear from you.
The Expert role has 3 key parts, that are intrinsic to the success of the team:
Responsibilities:
Training and working hours: This will be conducted in the office over a minimum of 6 weeks, once this is completed you will move to a hybrid way of working, with an expectation of office presence to support your teams a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week.
