Marketing Executive

This role enhances brand awareness and engagement for StashAway in Hong Kong. As a Marketing Executive, you will lead marketing projects ) in an effort to strengthen our brand and business in HK. You will develop and implement strategies that align with Hong Kong and the group's company goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about investing, thrives on audience engagement whether on webpage, email, social media or in events. This role requires a self-starter who is keen to bring creative ideas to the table and build compelling campaigns that drive action.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing campaigns: Collaborate with regional and local colleagues to develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns for HK.
  • Event Management and Promotion: Plan and execute in-person events and webinars, coordinating promotional campaigns and on-the-ground processes to maximize attendance and brand/product consideration.
  • Partnership Strategy and Execution: Develop and manage partnerships with ecosystem partners, affiliates, and influencers to expand StashAway's reach and consideration.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage StashAway HK's social media platforms, crafting engaging content in collaboration with designers and copywriters to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Measure and report on the success of events and partnerships, using key metrics to optimize future strategies and initiatives.
  • Content Maintenance and Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and goals.
  • Marketing Strategy: Participate and contribute to the broader brand and marketing development as needed to achieve Hong Kong’s objectives.

  • Brand Visibility: Improved brand awareness and recall in Hong Kong, demonstrated by increased website traffic, brand search volume and time on site .
  • Lead Generation: Increased  sign-ups and conversion rates.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Marketing Experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience in B2C industries, such as FinTech, Banking/Financial services, FMCG/Retail, or e-commerce.
  • Investment & financial market acumen: Possesses an understanding and curiosity of personal finance, wealth management, investment products, and relevant industry trends.
  • Partnership skills: Proven ability and experience to develop and manage partnerships that enhance brand visibility and expand company reach
  • Social Media: Experience in managing social media to drive awareness and consideration for the brand.
  • Writing Skills: Ability to do short-form and long-form copy in English or Cantonese is strongly preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and build strong relationships, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Results-oriented approach with a proactive attitude towards work.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
