The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.As an IT Business Analyst, the employee performs a complete range of ITAM hardware system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing ITAM hardware systems and applications. Program. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis from the over 12 systems relating to the asset management life cycle. Developing, managing and maintaining quality assurance reporting. This position will assist in maintaining accurate inventory for SOM IT assets including, but not limited to workstations, servers, network gear, etc.This position is the reporting lead for the Hardware IT Asset Management team. Responsibilities include coordinating ITAM reporting activities, coordinating program documentation and document review, and program administration. The employee will coordinate communication with internal and external staff to ensure documentation is timely and with appropriate technical content. This resource will develop recommendations to leadership. The overall work may lead to policy change or implementation, program development and in-depth reporting.
