Configuration Specialist - Healthcare SaaS

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Configurations Specialist to join our team. The Configurations Specialist will manage and configure client accounts on our software platform. The ideal candidate will pay great attention to detail and have experience in helpdesk support.

Responsibilities:

Configure client accounts on our software platform, including user management, system integrations, and customizations

Troubleshoot technical issues related to configuration and resolve them promptly

Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide support

Collaborate with the development team and product team to enhance our software platform

Maintain accurate records of client configurations and changes

Setting up software, customizing settings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems operate optimally.

Experience and understanding of configuring software applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud platforms) to meet organizational needs. This involves setting up user roles, permissions, workflows, automation, etc.

Setting up a new organization within Steer Health’s platform

Configuring modules as per client’s requirements/preference

Coordinating with the Product & Engineering team over bugs and new enhancements

Configuring automation (SMS/email reminders) within the application for patients

Testing configured application before the go-live date.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a helpdesk environment

SaaS experience is a must

Great attention to detail and ability to work independently

Familiarity with healthcare software systems and regulations is a plus

Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
