Skills

Minimum 5 years of design experience
Experience leading design for large product areas
Strong visual skills and ability to discover user needs through research
Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects efficiently

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process working closely with founders, PMs, and engineers
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
Guide and advise colleagues in the creative process
Stay informed about the latest trends in UX/UI design
