MarketingThis is a full-time onsite position.Job SummaryStew Leonard's is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role: part social media manager and part marketing project manager. In the social media role, you will cultivate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple social platforms to drive sales by amplifying the Stew Leonard's brand. In the marketing project manager role, you will coordinate, oversee asset delivery, and ensure the accuracy of all our digital advertising (e.g., emails, digital ads, website, and signage). This pivotal role is carved out for a savvy, detailed, results-oriented professional. The successful candidate will be a linchpin in supporting sales-driving initiatives across our diverse operations, from our food stores and wine shops to e-commerce business.Responsibilities:Social Media ManagementCultivate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms to amplify the Stew Leonard's brand, prioritize family business values, and highlight our unique approach to food retailing to drive sales.Lead the production of dynamic and engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to craft visually compelling narratives that epitomize the Stew Leonard's brand.Plan and schedule social media posts to keep our customers informed and engaged.Work together with our in-house Photo and Video Team to produce high-quality content, while also stepping onto the sales floor to capture the authentic buzz and energy of the shopping experience.Inspire and coach a team of in-store social media collaborators, ensuring high-quality content and consistent brand messaging.Work closely with merchandising and store teams to synchronize social media efforts with promotional activities and in-store events.Encourage the sharing of creative ideas and techniques across the team, leveraging the collective expertise to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our Reels and other posts.Spearhead initiatives to drive email list and app-registration growth through targeted social media campaigns and collaborations.Data Analysis and Reporting:Leverage data and analytics to shape social media initiatives, providing insightful reports to inform future strategies and content optimization.Consistently analyze and report social media performance metrics to improve and adapt approaches for enhanced engagement and revenue generation.Public Relations & HR Support:Work with the public relations team to align and extend the reach of PR initiatives, including charitable events, store openings, and product launches, engaging with both local and national audiences.Engage in real-time social media monitoring and response during PR events to maximize opportunities for publicity and audience interaction.Disseminate PR’s messaging to swiftly address any negative press while engaging in real-time social media monitoring and response to customer feedback on social media platforms.Assist the HR department in leveraging social media for recruitment, spotlighting our culture to attract top talent for our food stores.Marketing Project ManagementScheduling, coordinating, and overseeing asset delivery and communication for assignments like our emails, digital ads, social posts, direct mail, websites, signage, and more—no two days are quite the same.Proofread and review work for accuracy and fulfillment of project requirements.Route jobs through relevant departments and secure approvals.Ensure deadlines are met within a fast-paced, always-on work environment.Help manage and evolve efficient workflows.Own the cross-departmental, media, and vendor communication for all assignments.Contribute regarding ways to improve processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a social media role, preferably in food retailing.Proven track record of managing social media accounts with tangible growth in engagement, followers, and sales.Expertise in social media analytics and reporting.Paid Social Management required.Must have strong proofing and editing skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, videography, photo/video editing (Adobe, Canva.), and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of Mailchimp and Survey Monkey a plus.Strong communication and copywriting skills.Personal Characteristics:Able to thrive in a highly deadline-oriented environment and work with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and precision.Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and follow-through, strong prioritization, and time-management skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be a confident, self-directed team player with strong relationship building skills.Entrepreneurship – Demonstrated ability to roll up his or her sleeves and solve problems where the playbook is still to be written.Stew Leonard's is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin.#J-18808-Ljbffr
