Strive Messaging is seeking a Paid Media Specialist for a 4-week contract.
As a digital tool used every day by leading organizers and political strategists the Paid Media Specialist will play a critical role in establishing and advancing our digital reach to mission-driven nonprofits through strategic and impactful paid media campaigns. You will lead keyword strategy, performance optimization, and competitive analysis to ensure every campaign drives meaningful results. In close collaboration with our marketing lead, you'll integrate paid media with a broader SEO vision to position our platform as a leader in political tech. Ideal candidates combine technical fluency in Google Ads Manager and Analytics with a deep commitment to data-informed storytelling and social impact.

Responsibilities:
Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure effective targeting.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Work closely with the marketing lead to align Google Ads with overall SEO strategy.
Provide regular reports and insights on ad performance during the contract period.
Requirements:
Proven experience in setting up Google Ads campaigns, specifically within SERPs (Sitelinks, Structured Snippets).
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Strong Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Contract Duration:
This is part-time contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The contract duration is 4 weeks.
