Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Extremities division. In this role, you will drive product strategy, including robotics and software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help modernize our marketing and sales approach through digital and omnichannel initiatives.

What You Will Do
As a Product Manager, Extremities, you will:
Develop and execute marketing plans to support product growth and commercial success.
Drive digital and omnichannel strategies to modernize customer engagement.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and trends.
Work closely with sales teams to optimize the sales funnel and improve commercial efficiency.
Support pricing and positioning strategies to drive market penetration.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption.
Continuously learn and develop expertise in the Extremities market.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management (medical devices or healthcare industry preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in digital marketing or omnichannel engagement is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English is required
Fluency French and/or Dutch is a plus.
