Event Marketing Manager

We are a small, fast-moving team with the mission to solve the biggest challenges facing the media and entertainment industry.

 

Suite enables teams to effortlessly store, share, and edit media files, just as if everyone were working from the same local drive. Teams can now forget about dealing with lengthy downloads or syncing issues, saving them countless hours/days on each project, freeing up artists to focus on their creativity.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events that promote Suite Studios' brand, products, and community initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create memorable experiences that engage our audience and drive growth.

 

Who You Are

  • You have 3 -7 years of live event planning and management experience - trade show experience is required.

  • You have phenomenal communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken. 

  • You love to teach, and you love to learn. You’re a doer, you roll up your sleeves and get stuff done.

  • You are flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to new challenges and environments as the company grows and evolves.

  • You are an impact maker and want to help shape the company, culture, and product.

  • You’re not looking for "just another job". 

 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute in-person (travel required) and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, happy hours, and product launches.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop engaging event content and promotional materials.

  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors, venues, and partners.

  • Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase event attendance and participant engagement before, during, and after events.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at events, ensuring all activities align with Suite Studios' values and messaging.
