For our Fetch users, we will increase awareness, purchase, and loyalty to our brand partners thus creating more value (more points!) for the end user. For our brand partners, you will help us better connect their brands with millions of Fetch users, and showcase the value of engaging with our users back to the brands.Responsibilities• Identify untapped brand presence opportunities within our channel mix and advocate for partner brands• Merchandise partner brands and offers within the Fetch app & communications• Drive the strategy and execution of communication campaigns that engage end-users with compelling stories and strengthen partner relationships• Drive process improvements in the coordination of inventory availability, partner promotional priorities, and execution.• Attend client-facing meetings to consult on, collaborate, and present results from various marketing campaigns• Monitor and report KPIs for key partner communications and campaigns• Cross-functional collaboration with Go to Market, Sales, Creative, QA, Product teams, and more to bring marketing efforts and operational processes to lifeSkills we believe you need for this position• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising or similar experience• Phenomenal attention to detail• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to meet the unique needs of our clients (the brands we partner with) while staying true to the Fetch Rewards voice, values, and branding• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Thrives in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter• A sincere belief in the power of collaborationBonus points if you. . .• Have experience using a marketing automation or email service platform (ex.: MailChimp, Constant Contact, SalesForce, Iterable, etc.)• Experience in CPG or Retail merchandisingAt Fetch, we'll give you the tools to feel healthy, happy and secure through:• Equity for everyone• 401k Match: Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%.• Benefits for humans and pets: We offer comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for everyone including your pets.• Continuing Education: Fetch provides ten thousand per year in education reimbursement.• Employee Resource Groups: Take part in employee-led groups that are centered around fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace through events, dialogue and advocacy.
