About the Role

Suno is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who excels in both recruitment support and office management. You will be the critical link between our talent acquisition efforts and day-to-day office operations, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our company's efficiency and workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting Coordination and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process

  • Schedule and confirm candidate interviews

  • Prepare interview materials and communication

  • Coordinate candidate travel and logistics

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems

  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment coordination

  • Help create a smooth and professional candidate experience

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and facilitate orientation

Office Administration and Team Support:

  • Onsite contact for deliveries and vendors

  • Host guests and candidates

  • Manage security system for our suite

  • Manage wifi network/AV and device procurement

  • Manage cleaning services and maintenance requests

  • Keep kitchen stocked and office organized

  • Manage merch stock and distribution

  • Coordinate weekly team lunches

  • Plan and host team dinners and special events

  • Onboarding and I-9 execution 

  • Handbook and travel policy development 

  • Build and manage relationships with local hotels for corporate rates

  • Manage physical mail and packages 

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, office coordination, or administrative support

  • Experience in startup or dynamic business environments

  • Experience working with HR software tools such as HRIS platforms and ATS

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency with digital tools and office management software

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

  • Detail-oriented approach with a can-do attitude

  • Comfort with fast-changing priorities

  • Strong ability to be resourceful and proactive

  • A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus.

 

Additional Notes: 

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. 

  • This is an onsite role based in Chelsea, New York 

Compensation

The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $70k-90K + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)
