Content Producer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Content Producer who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of motion graphics and animated content for several brands. You will work closely with the Lead Animator, motion designers, and marketing and creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of dynamic content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role is central to coordinating resources, managing workflows, and overseeing the smooth execution of all animation projects. As the Producer for multiple brands, you will lead the production of short-form animations, social media content, brand videos, and interface animations, ensuring that all deliverables are on brand, on time, and on budget.

What you will do in first 6 months

You will have a pivotal role in establishing a world-class design studio from the ground up. Project Management & Workflow Coordination: Oversee the full production cycle of motion graphics and animated content for multiple internal brands, from brief to final delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines for each brand, ensuring the creative team is aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Prioritise and assign tasks across the motion design team, including animators and designers, while tracking progress to meet weekly content targets.

Brand-Specific Content Management: Act as the primary producer for each brand's motion graphics content, ensuring that the creative output matches the specific brand's visual identity and campaign goals. Collaborate with the Creative Director, Lead Animator, and brand managers to develop and refine content that resonates with each brand's target audience.

Resource Allocation & Budgeting: Manage resources and workload for the motion design team, balancing capacity with the needs of each brand's production schedule. Ensure that all projects stay within scope and budget, making adjustments as necessary to optimise efficiency without compromising quality. Creative Briefs & Production Planning: Work closely with brand managers to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans for the motion design team. Ensure each project is clearly scoped with defined deliverables, timelines, and expectations, facilitating communication between the creative team and stakeholders.

Quality Control & Delivery: Maintain a high standard of quality control for all motion graphic outputs, ensuring consistency and excellence across all content. Oversee the review process, ensuring that feedback from internal stakeholders is incorporated and revisions are completed on time.

Weekly Sprint Planning & Agile Methodology: Implement an agile sprint process for managing the weekly production of motion content, ensuring smooth coordination between teams for fast-paced, iterative content production. Lead weekly sprint planning and retrospectives, optimising workflows and solving production bottlenecks to meet the output requirements for each brand.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the point of contact between motion designers and brand teams, ensuring transparent communication on project progress and potential challenges. Present regular updates and reports on project timelines, deliverables, and resources to both internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Must haves Experience:

  • Experience as a Producer, Creative Project Manager, or similar role within a creative agency, motion design studio, or digital content production environment.

  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams, including designers, animators, developers, and external contractors.

  • Strong understanding of the creative production process, from concept development through final delivery, with experience working across branding, digital content, and motion graphics.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with expertise in using tools such as Monday.com, or similar software.

  • Strong ability to manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with budget management and experience handling resource allocation, cost controls, and financial forecasting for creative projects.

  • Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple brand-specific content streams, ensuring each has the necessary resources and attention to meet deadlines. Detail-Oriented: Ensures every piece of motion content delivered is aligned with the brand's identity and creative standards.
