If you want to:

Fuel Surfshark’s growth: craft and execute strategies to attract new users to Surfshark’s products by optimizing our acquisition funnels and scaling across SEO, Affiliates, PPC, Mobile, and other acquisition channels.
Lead a talented team: mentor and empower a group of strong channel owners – including experts in SEO, Affiliates, PPC, and Mobile – to help them thrive and grow.
Optimize our funnels: collaborate with Business Analysts, the Marketing Data team, CRO, Pricing team, Country Managers, and other stakeholders to fine-tune every stage of the user journey across our key markets.
Find and test new growth channels: identify and constantly test new acquisition opportunities while refining existing ones to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
Be smart with budgets: manage budget forecasting, track performance, and ensure the best return on every ad spend.

And you can check off:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition, ideally in roles such as Head of Marketing, CMO, Head of Growth, Head of Acquisition Marketing, or similar;
A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams;
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making;
Success in scaling SEO, Affiliates, PPC, Mobile, Influencers, and other growth channels;
Have managed high-budget global acquisition marketing campaigns.

Bonus points if you:

Have experience in a high-growth SaaS, subscription services, digital goods, or mobile apps;
Are passionate about digital security.
