Senior Product Manager

SurveyMonkey is looking for a data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the Analysis team in building analysis capabilities for external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management at SaaS companies and experience in developing product strategies aligned with business objectives.

Skills

Experience in Product Management at SaaS companies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product vision
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep empathy for customers and user experience

Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Analyze product
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends
Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points
Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
MBA or advanced degree a plus
