Staff Machine Learning Engineer

SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the ML operations pipeline, design secure and scalable ML models, and collaborate with various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of MLOps experience, strong technical leadership skills, and a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Skills

MLOps experience with AWS services
Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms
Unix/Linux systems proficiency
Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, scalable ML pipelines
Provide technical leadership and educate leadership on ML decisions
Integrate, test, and monitor ML model services
Collaborate with application engineers
Utilize various machine learning techniques at scale
