Enterprise Architect

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategy, Enterprise architecture, aligning IT capabilities with business objectives, and driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage through digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for all Enterprise Architecture components including principles, frameworks, governance, and EA tools.

·       Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Architecture projects.

·       Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture framework, incorporating principles and practices from both NORA and TOGAF frameworks.

·       Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.

·       Lead the development and execution of the organization’s digital transformation strategy, in alignment with business goals and objectives.

·       Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives.

·       Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT systems, processes, and capabilities to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement.

·       Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in the digital space.

Requirements:

·       Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar degree.

·       8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.

·       Proper knowledge in NORA framework and Digital Transformation Standards.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic

Preferable Certificates:

·       TOGAF or other relevant certificates is a must.
