In your role as Systems Analyst on the IT Operations Team, you will be expected to be in our NYC office everyday, and play a vital part supporting world-class technology used and built at Noodle. You will support employees as they use standard hardware and software to build, launch, and grow custom apps on our Noodle platforms. You’ll help improve and evolve device and user lifecycles, workflows, and policies to ensure secure access to systems and the availability of ample resources and support for the company. You will be a hardware expert, contribute to documentation initiatives, configuration of increasingly automated support platforms, and scaling systems for rapid growth. You are expected to interface with the internal teams, and actively communicate with users and stakeholders to keep all members informed, accountable, and clear on expectations. You will be a voice of the support team and speak up when there are opportunities for us to iterate on our systems or software portfolio. This position reports to the Director, IT Operations of Noodle.
$60,900 - $65,000 a year
