The Role

The Honest Company is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Associate Temp to support all aspects of recruiting and hiring to bring on exceptional talent, along with supporting and driving key HR programs as part of our overall People team strategy. 

As an Honest Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Associate you’ll be the first impression for Honest and first point of contact for the applicants who apply to Honest each month. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, interviewers, human resources, and talent acquisition to ensure a memorable and delightful candidate experience for each applicant. You will work closely with the Sr. TA/HR Specialist, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and other HR team members. As part of the HR team, you will play an integral role in supporting interview scheduling, on-boarding, internships, employer branding, and assisting with other administrative HR duties. If you're exceptionally organized, personable, and have prior experience within a recruiting team, we're looking for you! 

What you’ll do:

• Recruit across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, Legal, and Tech
• Act as a business partner and resource to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Coordinate phone screens and interviews while ensuring a great candidate experience 
• Manage the interview process: conducting interviews for our hybrid WFH environment, ensuring the process runs smoothly and hiring teams can effectively assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Provide strategic sourcing for top talent, oversee all of your interviews and handle the full recruitment life-cycle
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR programs and initiatives as needed, especially in key areas relating to onboarding, internship programs, employer branding, immigration, learning and development

What you’ll need:

• At least 2+ years of experience in full time recruiting
• At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
• Experience managing 8+ requisitions at a given time
• Expertise in time management
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and impressive organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel

Compensation: The pay rate for this role is between $24.50 - $33.65. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
