Senior UI/UX Designer

**This is an onsite position with relocation assistance available for non-local candidates.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the creative process, partnering with marketing to conceptualize visual campaigns, develop assets across multiple channels, and analyze performance to iterate designs.

Beyond just designing, you'll be a key strategic partner, providing valuable visual insights and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. We need someone who can translate marketing objectives into design concepts, use data and analytics to inform creative testing, evaluate performance, and optimize designs for maximum impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of the design lifecycle, from initial concept and design to ongoing iteration and improvement.

  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to strategically align visual design with campaign goals and brand messaging, contributing to the overall campaign strategy.

  • Design landing pages, sales funnels, and key website pages with a focus on driving conversions and achieving specific marketing goals.

  • Design static ad graphics for paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Develop visually appealing digital downloads and print marketing materials, including lead magnets, e-books, guides, and other resources.

  • Continuously iterate on winning design concepts, using data analytics to inform future creative testing strategies maximizing the effectiveness of your designs.

  • Actively participate in campaign brainstorming sessions, contributing design concepts, visual ideas, and feedback.

  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries, ensuring efficient access and collaboration for the team.
