  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in your assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and referrals

  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to refine your approach and maximize opportunities
  • Deliver consultative, technical sales presentations that clearly demonstrate our value
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity, follow-ups, and client communications
  • Collaborate with our sales leadership to align on goals and continuously improve performance
  • Participate in training sessions to stay sharp on product knowledge and sales strategies

  • Proven experience in territory management and direct sales
  • Strong lead generation and cold calling skills—you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Confidence in presenting technical or complex information in a clear, engaging way
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building trust and rapport
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into action
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural problem-solver who sees challenges as opportunities
