Working on the Finance Department
We are looking for a highly skilled Head of RCM to oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including order delivery, coding, claims processing, client invoicing, collections, and payment posting. This role ensures that all revenue-related functions are executed with precision, efficiency, and in full compliance with healthcare regulations and payer/client requirements.
A quick heads up: This role is intended to be full-time, but we’ll be starting with a short-term contract, just a few weeks, as a first step. During this period, benefits won’t be available. Our goal is to transition into full-time shortly after. We're looking for someone who's ready to jump in now (not balancing other work) and excited about committing to something longer term.
What You’ll Get to Do
Report to the SVP of Finance.
Oversee and manage day-to-day RCM operations, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and implement strategies for optimization.
Ensure the timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and related records.
Collaborate with Fulfillment, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure accurate charge capture and proper documentation.
Conduct regular audits of billing and coding practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
Resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues, including denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRCR, CPC) preferred.
10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years focused on RCM.
Experience in RCM within Healthcare required; Ecommerce or Food Delivery/Logistics is a plus.
Proven knowledge in insurance claims covering areas such as coding, billing, and claims processing, with experience managing a diverse range of payer types (e.g., government, commercial).
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer-specific rules) and compliance requirements.
Advanced proficiency in RCM softwares and financial systems.

Compensation Philosophy
The compensation range listed represents the total cash value, which includes a combination of base salary and an annual bonus or variable compensation. This range does not account for equity, which is included in the overall compensation package.
Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level, while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
