National Partner Marketing Manager

The Basics:

The North America Partner Marketing team is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for orchestrating and executing comprehensive marketing plans with two of our most strategic channel partners in North America.  

This person will be measured on their ability to drive new partner marketing sourced pipeline and increase measurable engagement with their partners through a combination of “to” “through” and “with” partner marketing activities. This role will be a balance of both strategy and execution and will tightly align with the goals and objectives of the national partner sales team, and the overall Americas sales and marketing organization. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with sales counterparts to create integrated marketing plans to achieve partner marketing sourced pipeline goals with a set of our most strategic channel partnerships 
  • Activate and amplify Tanium sales plays and corporate campaigns with national partners to drive brand awareness and new pipeline creation  
  • Maintain a balanced plan of Tanium-driven and partner-driven marketing programs 
  • Win the hearts and minds of strategically important contacts within your focus partners by building impactful “to partner” marketing programs and campaigns 
  • Build relationships at every level by acting as the single marketing point of contact and marketing subject matter expert for your partners 
  • Work closely with all applicable internal teams and stakeholders to orchestrate all national partner marketing activity within the region 
  • Maintain effective oversight and accountability of partner development funds to ensure program effectiveness and return on investment through methodical tracking and measurement 
  • Report on program results and campaign effectiveness on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • An in-depth understanding of channel marketing and hands-on expertise in demand generation and through-partner marketing execution 
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and end-to-end programs that will fulfill strategic goals 
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organization 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally when required 

Experience: 

  • 5-7 years of experience building integrated marketing campaigns with large national VARs, GSIs or MSPs 
  • Experience working with AHEAD, WWT or similar partner organization preferred 
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, and customer life cycles 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required

What you’ll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $210,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. 

In addition to an annual base salary, team members will receive equity awards and a generous benefits package consisting of medical, dental and vision plan, family planning benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, transportation savings account, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, life, accident and disability coverage, business travel accident insurance, employee assistance programs, disability insurance, and other well-being benefits.
