Senior Accounts Specialist
tastytrade is a self-directed retail brokerage providing superior technology for retail traders. We're looking for a Senior Accounts Specialist to enhance customer experiences and ensure smooth account management.
Skills
- Proficient with technology

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer support via chat, email, and phone
- Assist with new account applications and ongoing account maintenance
- Approve accounts and perform customer due diligence
- Comply with industry AML regulations
- Offer recommendations for policy and technology improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- Required Licensure: Series 7 and 63 or 66
