Your mission
Risk Account Managers are in charge of the daily risk communication with the merchants and are representing Nuvei towards them. They are answering merchants’ requests in the shortest SLA possible, communicating with Risk Teams (Risk Monitoring, Credit Risk, Dispute Specialists and BI/Risk Data Analysts) to resolve and respond to the merchant requests (Fraud investigations, Approval ratio, 3D settings etc.); configuring suggested rules per Risk Teams’ suggestion within the backoffice.
The work requires working from Monday through Friday from 12:00 until 21:00 (GMT+2).
Hybrid working model - Employees are required to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
