About TeamBridge:
More than 60% of workers in the US (and 70% of workers in the world) are paid hourly, and the businesses that employ them each have their own unique processes and workflows when it comes to managing their workforce. Unfortunately, the workforce management tools that have historically been available to them are some combination of rigid, outdated, or not built for an on-the-go workforce.
TeamBridge is the world’s first flexible workforce management platform–it’s fully composable and built mobile-first, making it easy for companies to mold TeamBridge to the unique shape of their business. TeamBridge is powered by modular, no-code blocks that can be combined to automate any task or process that comes with managing a large workforce, such as hiring and onboarding, or time tracking and scheduling.
With a $28M Series B raised in 2024, TeamBridge is funded by General Catalyst, Mayfield and industry leading angel investors as we build flexible, efficient, and intuitive solutions for complex workforce challenges. Based in San Francisco, TeamBridge is committed to redefining the industries we partner with.
About the Role:
TeamBridge is at an exciting inflection point. Prior to our recent Series B, we had yet to make a real investment in our marketing. Now, we’re ready to pour fuel on the fire that we’ve created over the past few years.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and scrappy field marketer who is ready to take ownership of our field events strategy and presence. You’ll own our conference and events strategy, our on-the-ground execution, and how we’ll engage leads from these events from end-to-end.
This role is cross-functional, and like any Series B startup, you’ll get to roll-up your sleeves and work across the organization with the rest of the Marketing team, Sales, RevOps, and more.
What you will do:
Set the strategy for our field marketing efforts: Identify the best conferences and events for us to attend to meet our ICPs where they’re at. Build repeatable and scalable field marketing playbooks.
Build compelling nurture and engagement campaigns: Partner with the rest of the Marketing team and RevOps to ensure we have the necessary tracking in place and the right follow-up sequences to get the most out of every lead.
Execute on the ground: Manage our vendor partners, conference host relationships, and coordinate with our sales reps in attendance to ensure flawless events that maximize lead generation and pipeline.
Own the budget: Manage the events marketing budget, including booth selection, sponsorship, “extracurricular” events like happy hours, swag, travel, and more.
Test & Iterate: Our desire to get 1% better each day applies to every part of our business, including our field events
Drive Pipeline: At the end of the day, your goal is to drive as much pipeline as possible out of each event to maximize the ROI of our field marketing efforts.
Analyze & Report: share learnings and performance metrics from your events, always looking for opportunities to improve outcomes and spend efficiency
What you will need:
1-3 years of field marketing or event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong grasp of field event fundamentals: You have successfully run field events before and have a track record of high-quality execution
Detail-oriented: Successfully executing events requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Move fast: Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ownership mindset: You are motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step into a leadership role for a critical area. You have a growth mindset and seek feedback on how you can get better every day
Cross-functional collaborator: You are an effective collaborator and communicator
Bias to action: You work proactively to address challenges and identify new opportunities
Analytical problem solver: You are able to analyze the performance of our field event efforts, uncovering insights and helping others understand the “so what”
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
