Senior Marketing Manager

NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.


We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in NYC! In this role, you’ll support performance marketing efforts across paid search, paid social, and omnichannel campaigns for our growing Health & Wellness portfolio. As a key operator of marketing efficiency and growth, you’ll develop and execute innovative digital media strategies that scale brand impact and deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our DTC brands.


What you'll do:
  • Manage hands-on execution of paid search, paid social, and omnichannel campaigns, with an emphasis on paid search strategies
  • Lead campaign strategy & thought leadership of omnichannel DTC paid media investment
  • Guide paid media testing, keyword optimization, and competitor research to enhance performance
  • Plan and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign effectiveness and assess financial impacts
  • Clearly communicate campaign goals, initiatives, and priorities to align and scale team efforts toward key objectives


Requirements
  • 5-7 years of performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and a strong focus on DTC, CPG, and/or health & wellness sectors
  • Proven ability to deliver top-line results by driving paid traffic, improving SEO, and elevating brand awareness
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-driven decisions
