Financial Analyst

Tecovas is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, providing budgeting, reporting, and analysis related to hourly and salaried payroll. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with critical thinking skills and a passion for excellence.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Thorough finance & accounting knowledge
Experience with a payroll management platform is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data-driven monthly payroll allocations for Retail stores
Analyze store payroll data to identify variances
Forecast and track expenses related to employee compensation
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Drive process improvements aimed at creating scalability

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
