ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Onboarding Specialist, you will act as a concierge for new customers, delivering a tailored, white-glove onboarding experience. Your mission is to ensure customers are set up for long-term success during their first 90 days, working closely with them to configure campaigns, train them on our tools, and support their strategic goals. You will also facilitate smooth handoffs to Managed Services or other teams when applicable.

Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities to introduce them to extra features that align with their strategic goals, ultimately enhancing their overall satisfaction. Collaborating with teams across the organization is essential to ensuring customers receive continuous support, and you’ll track onboarding progress, resolving any roadblocks they encounter.
