Healthcare Data Analyst With Epic (W2 Only)

Our client is searching for a Data Analyst with Healthcare experience for a full-time position that can be worked remotely.• **All candidates must work directly for our client and no sponsorship is available***The Health Data Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive meaningful business decisionsand strategies to improve care provided by the organization. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical proficiency to interpret complex data and support goals.Requirements:• 8 or greater years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence that includes healthcare (e.g. insurance health plan, physician practice, or hospital performing health plan and hospital/physician financial analysis)• Familiarity with EHR, preferably Epic, applications including financial and clinical data• Expertise in MS Excel with proficiency using formulas, PivotTables, linked worksheets, graphing and other reporting and presentation features• Expertise with SQL and relational database concepts. Specific experience with PostgreSQL within AWS preferred.• Proficiency with Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or other industry-standard data visualization software• Strong critical thinking and analytical skillso Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
