The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Communications Team Leader in the implementation of a communications strategy and a broad and diverse range of business and marketing communications.The Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a background in both graphic design and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for design, and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.You should be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table. You will work closely with the Marketing Team Lead to ensure that digital content and campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and goals.Job Responsibilities :• Collaborate with Marketing Communications Team Leader on execution of Communications strategies• Support and execute marketing communication strategies that align with our brand goals.• Create and design compelling content for business platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and websites.• Regularly conduct competitive research to gain insight into our markets• Perform maintenance on the website and manage communication with web development support partners• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.• Manage and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and engagement.• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve marketing initiatives.• Create and carry out a content calendar for the website, social media, and email campaignsQualifications :• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing / Graphic Design / Communications.• Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio showcasing both writing and design work.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.• Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.• Superior time management and organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.• Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools is a plus.About TEKsystems :We're partners in transformation.
