We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Paid Media Specialist, As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for executing campaigns across various channels including search, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong emphasis on search. You will thrive working autonomously and be adept at reviewing analytics dashboards to make necessary campaign adjustments. Campaigns will include both top and bottom of the funnel. Additionally, this role requires strong client management and client relations skills, as you will be working directly with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels.• Review and analyze analytics dashboards to optimize campaigns.• Work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.• Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign success.• Manage client relationships and work directly with stakeholders.Top Skills Required:• Paid search• Paid social• Understanding of analytics• Strong client management and client relations skillsExperience:• 3+ years of experience in paid media in a corporate or agency environment• Must be based in Chicago, IL, Hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday and one floater day• Ability to attend meetings at 7am CST on some days to meet with clients as needed• Experience with DV365 and PowerPoint is required.Work Environment:• Fast-paced environment.• Ability to work autonomously is essential.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
