• **Technical Program Manager / Hybrid Work Schedule (3 Days Per Week On-Site) / Initial 4 Month Contract***• **Must sit in Greater Seattle, WA area or Austin, TX (Required to work on-site 3 Days Per Week)• **Candidates must have a combination of technical experience (working with engineers) and strong communication skills (communicating with stakeholders)Top Required Skills• This resource must sit on-site 3 days per week (Seattle, WA or Austin, TX)• Qualified candidates will be required to submit an updated resume and professional references for this role.• Knowledge in the health care industry space a plus• Proven experience working with large enterprise level companies• Technical Program management experience working directly with software engineering teams• Experience creating project plans, risk registries, milestone trackers, and providing updates to multiple stakeholders and teams on a weekly basis.• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules• Proven success leading cross functional development teams from design to roll out.• Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization including product managers and marketing teams• A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment• Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products• An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things doneJob Description• The Medical Pay Per Visit Team has an immediate contract opening for a Technical Program Manager in Seattle, WA (or Austin, TX).• You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that affect new Pay Per Visit health services.• The projects require timely execution with the highest degree of data security, availability, and reliability.• You will act as a bridge between the Pay Per Visit team and all internal customers to deliver on Health services for customers.• This role requires hands-on project management skills, deep technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills.• Other responsibilities include planning delivery, working with SDMs and PMs, executing S-Team goals, managing risks and launch plans.• This TPM will be the glue for this overall team and will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protectedclassification.
