Accounts Receivable Accountant (Maternity Cover)

I'm Aistė Kernagienė, and I'm currently looking for Accounts Receivable Accountant (maternity cover) to join my team of professionals and do just that! The team you will be part of is responsible for accounts receivable daily and month-end tasks: handling B2C and B2B customer incoming payments, maintaining AR Ledgers, customer queries and bank accounts reconciliations.
This position is a temporary position and is based in Vilnius.
As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you’ll...
… be performing a variety of accounts receivable tasks, including processing incoming payments, conducting reconciliations, maintaining ledgers, investigating discrepancies, and providing support in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities also include executing period end close (PEC) activities, preparing documentation required for auditors and year-end closing, and ensuring all daily transactions are booked accurately and within the correct period in line with defined KPIs and SLAs. The position requires active engagement in change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the accounts receivable process. Additionally, the candidate is expected to maintain professional and cooperative relationships with stakeholders, effectively managing their needs and expectations.
Who we’re looking for
The suitable candidate has over one year of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably within accounts receivable, along with at least a basic knowledge of general accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, is required, and experience with SAP ERP is considered an advantage. Fluency in English and solid communicator and collaborator skills is also required. Additionally, the suitable candidate is analytical, structured, detail-oriented and has good problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team is also necessary for the role.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2100- 2500 EUR gross before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
