Production Lead Job DescriptionShift Time: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM (Schedule may vary, TBD)Hourly Rate: $25/hrInterview Date: In-person on 12/6Start Date: 12/19Location: Cleveland, OhioPosition Overview:The Production Lead will oversee the entire production process for the "We Call It" experience, ensuring smooth operations from concept to execution. This role will involve managing technical rehearsals, calling cues, and coordinating the setup and breakdown of all production elements.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the overall production process, ensuring smooth operations from concept to delivery.• Call light and sound cues for technicians during live performances.• Coordinate technical rehearsals, including dry runs with venue technicians and full tech rehearsals with artists and crew.• Oversee the setup and load-in of production equipment, props, costumes, and materials.• Supervise load-out and storage of production assets after events.• Coordinate with Front of House (FOH), technicians, and artists to ensure seamless show execution.• Represent the brand through professional event management and clear communication with clients and performers.• Provide feedback to Producers on technical execution during performances.Required Qualifications:• Experience in project management, production management, stage management, or event coordination.• Proven ability to manage live events, call cues, and ensure technical precision.• Strong background in technical theatre and experience with audio/visual setup.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with artists, clients, and team members.• Comfortable with freelance work and flexible scheduling.• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and team coordination abilities.• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.Desired Qualities:• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.• Team-oriented and adaptable with a willingness to learn.• Open to candidates with diverse or unconventional backgrounds, provided they bring transferable skills and maturity.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic, creative team working on exciting live events.
