Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The NBCUniversal Facilities Ops & Engineering Team is looking for a Facility Manager in Universal City, CA! In this role, you will be responsible for developing analysis of the operations work planning, work completion, and financial impacts as well as managing our team of third-party vendors that work in support of the facility. You will be a “go-to” resource, with excellent communication and presentation skills for all things operations and vendor support. You will bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions. Your depth of facility knowledge, contract acumen and ownership mentality will lead our vendor teams with strength and clear direction to foster highly effective relationships and best in class service.
