Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Director, Bids & Proposals to join our growing team. Reporting to the SVP, Business Development, the Director, Bids & Proposals will implement a standardized, efficient proposal process while leading a team of proposal managers, proposal pricing analysts, and proposal writers while generating compliant, winning proposals as efficiently and effectively as possible. The Director, Bids & Proposals may lead the most strategically essential proposal efforts as determined by Terran Orbital’s executive leadership.
This position will be onsite in Irvine, CA. Must be able to travel 25%.

Salary Range $160,000-$200,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
