We are seeking a full-time 1:1 in our Community Connections program to work directly with a young man, providing support for him to participate in various activities including music and arts & crafts. You will help with the oversight of his day to day functions, and provide support in a manner that ensures his health, safety and happiness.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. The hourly rate of pay is $21.00.

While prior experience in supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred, what truly matters is your passion for helping others reach their full potential. If you have a medical background or relevant skills, that's a plus! We also value proactive individuals who can think ahead and take initiative. Along with the responsibilities mentioned, you'll need excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a valid CA driver's license with three years of driving experience.
