The Florida Panthers are seeking a hospitality service leader to enhance the experience of Panther Bar Members. This role requires strong leadership in a premium hospitality setting to build relationships and ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Panther Bar Members and guests
Manage high-end bar operations including pre-event readiness
Plan and execute premium events throughout the fiscal year
Collaborate with the Premium Service team for optimal membership retention
Oversee member accounts and ticketing requirements in Unify and Salesforce
Execute and track Member benefits and operational reports

Education

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
