As a Customer Service Representative for American Express, you will provide top-notch support to customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with their accounts and services. We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing solutions related to their American Express accounts.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information regarding services, rewards, and account features to enhance customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to facilitate quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any service issues or enhancements.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on American Express products and services.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a financial services setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
