The House of Mercier is seeking a German Speaking Interaction Expert for our Car Rental Service in a remote capacity based in Greece. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers by assisting them with their car rental needs. Your fluency in German and commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about car rentals with professionalism and care.
• Guide customers throughout the booking process, including modifications and vehicle returns, to ensure a seamless experience.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and empathetically, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Gather customer feedback to provide insights for improving our service offerings.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address any logistical challenges effectively.
• Stay informed about rental policies, vehicle options, and services to provide accurate and useful information.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in all customer interactions to foster customer loyalty.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the car rental or hospitality sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries.
• Able to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
