Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Vendor

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your goal will be to build a loyal and engaged vendor base through effective onboarding, targeted upselling, and strong retention strategies. You will drive strategies to quickly engage vendors, delivering timely and relevant interactions and offers throughout their journey to maximize vendor lifetime value. You will work closely with content and channel teams and report to the Senior Director of Product and Lifecycle Marketing.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Help design and implement marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and maximize value within our vendor base, ensuring their success with TKWW's vendor solutions.• Leverage customer insights and data to optimize segmentation, messaging/positioning, and channel strategies.• Collaborate with marketing channel owners to launch, track, and optimize customer campaigns. Analyze campaign effectiveness, share key insights, and make recommendations for future growth.• Stay informed about competitors' strategies and market trends, and take proactive steps in response.• Understand our vendors' goals, needs, and pain points through self-directed research, and internal data analysis.SUCCESSFUL LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:• At least 8 years of relevant experience.• Strong preference for experience in marketing to small businesses• Ability to work effectively across functions, particularly with product, creative, and channel teams.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong prioritization and organizational skills• Ability to drive work autonomously, excelling in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with all levels of management.• Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record.WHAT WE DO MATTERS:Here at The Knot Worldwide, we believe in doing work that matters.
