Roles and Responsibilities
As a Client Advocacy Coordinator, your impact on the organization is seen through your management of a seamless transition of documents as they are received by the organization and then processed through to other positions. You provide clients with guidance, assistance, and support for routine insurance-related questions. At renewal time, you work closely with the team to collect enrollment information and organize benefit packages to help employees gain access to critical benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, etc.
Your Key Areas of Impact
Client Satisfaction: You have a primary responsibility to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services you provide. You handle routine client questions, process enrollments/terms and enter data into portals and management systems. The impact of your work in this area is reflected in client retention rates, customer satisfaction scores, and referral rates.
Streamlined Operations: Your efficient management of processing data ensures smooth and streamlined operations in the organization. You perform multiple organizational tasks, including processing paperwork, maintaining client records and filing email data. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help to minimize delays, reduce errors, and optimize processes, saving time and resources for the organization.
Data Management: Coordination of administration data involves handling large volumes of sensitive data, including policyholder information and financial transactions. Proper data management practices, including data security, privacy, and accuracy, are crucial to protect the organization and its stakeholders from data breaches, fraud, and reputational damage. You play a significant role in ensuring proper data handling practices are in place to safeguard the organization's data assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your collaborative approach in working with various internal and external stakeholders is vital to the organization's success. Your effective communication skills, relationship-building, and teamwork foster a culture of collaboration and enable successful partnerships, benefiting the organization's overall business objectives.
The Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel
Your work is conducted primarily at the Lewer Administrative Offices. On occasion, your work may be conducted at a remote location, such as a home office. You must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, and be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc. You will operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer 95% of the time. You will need to be able to lift to 20 lbs. Travel is required for this seat and is less than 5%.
Your qualifications:
Requirements
You may hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, healthcare, or related field and you’ve spent two years in health insurance or employee benefits administration roles that have helped you increase your employee benefits knowledge and develop excellent client services skills. You hold a life and health insurance license or will within 90 days of hire. You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You are also proficient with Adobe and CRM systems.
