The Patron Associate is responsible for providing administrative support for the Patron Office. This includes providing telephone customer service to Met Patrons, as well as an array of administrative duties related to coordinating solicitation efforts and administering the benefits of the Patron Program.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with fundraising databases like Tessitura or Raiser’s Edge is preferred.
