As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Head of Client Success who will lead a team of specialists dedicated to onboarding, educating and empowering clients and supporting client facing teams in how to use the platform and the product. In this role, your primary focus will be driving client satisfaction, building product knowledge and implement structure and procedures to delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead and mentor the Client Success Team, ensuring high performance and strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and maximize platform usage.
- Establish and collaborate on escalation points for product specific queries for internal teams and clients, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide strategic guidance on market trends, compliance, player acquisition and strategies.
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to align client needs with our platform development.
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or business development within B2B iGaming.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
- Great knowledge of B2B platform solutions, compliance, and iGaming operations.
