We are a venture-backed early-stage neurotech startup based in the Bay Area building brain-computer interfaces that can interpret language directly from brain signals. We are seeking talented Growth Interns to join our team. The role will be in-person at our office/house in San Jose.

We are looking for candidates that are strong generalists. You must be familiar with basic programming, and be efficient at picking up new no-code/low-code tools for process optimization. The ideal candidate also has strong sales experience, especially with selling software/hardware products. None of these particular skills take precedent over the other - instead, you will be solving all non-engineering problems and even be dabbling in a little bit of code.

Here's what our recruitment process looks like:

• Initial call: We'll provide a comprehensive overview of The Mind Company and the internship opportunity, and address any questions you may have.

• Work experience review: This is your opportunity to showcase your previous work and demonstrate your ability to grow companies.

• Final interview: Join us for a day at our office to collaborate on a project with our team. This experience will give you insight into our company culture and work environment, while allowing us to assess your ability to work effectively in a team setting.
