Your job will be to enhance lead quality while maintaining conversion rates—an exciting challenge, for sure! You'll get to use cutting-edge tools like HotJar, Matomo, and Clarity to analyze user behavior and extract valuable insights through surveys and usability testing. Your mission? To optimize the elements of our main pages including headlines, USPs, CTAs, and forms to bolster conversions. Plus, you will be pulling valuable insights into actionable hypotheses and conducting A/B tests with VWO. Collaboration will be key as you engage with stakeholders from various teams like Development and Marketing Operations. If you have at least two years of experience in CRO and are fluent in French and English, we want to hear from you!
